First item on my bucket list this year is doing the Jingle Bell Run/Walk (heavy emphasis on the walk) in November - I talked my boys into doing it with me - who else will join me?

Guidelines for Enjoying Alcoholic Beverages

Don’t drink too early in the evening because you may be tempted to have several drinks, and the calories start to add up.

Do alternate with seltzer and water to stay properly hydrated. You can also add seltzer to your wine for a refreshing spritzer.

Do eat a nutritious meal or snack containing lean protein before you start drinking. The protein helps to stabilize blood sugar and prevent cravings.

Google Maps now features bike lanes...

Google Inc. is adding a bike lane with its latest online mapping option.

The new bicycling directions available on Google Maps starting Wednesday supplement the guidance already provided to motorists and pedestrians. The biking directions initially will be available only for the United States.

The Early Bird...

...well you know the rest... sure we're 8 monhts out - but we all now how fast time flies! Yesterday Team Copaxone 2010 was formed and we already have 6 members - SWEET! In celebration of the new team - I thought the blog deserved to be dusted off and a given a bit of a new look - hope you like it :)
